I had a wonderful experience staying at Oglethorpe Lodge. The location was perfect, close to River Street yet surprisingly quiet. The spacious two-bedroom apartment was charming, and the small extras made my stay even more enjoyable. However, the uneven floors and some plumbing issues detracted slightly from an otherwise fantastic experience. 🌟
The two large bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable, with a nice lounge area and well-equipped kitchen. Just wish there were more hangers for longer stays.
The owners were attentive to details and provided many little extras that enhanced my stay. Parking was convenient too!
The lodge was centrally located, within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. I didn't need my car at all during the stay.
There were numerous excellent dining options nearby, with 'Vic's on the River' being a personal favorite.
The amenities were very good, especially the additional half bath and full kitchen which made my stay very comfortable.

My stay at Oglethorpe Lodge was fantastic! The location was perfect for exploring Savannah, and I loved having my own parking space. I did wish there were more clothes hangers in the wardrobe for all my stuff, but overall, it was a cozy and spacious apartment that made my trip so enjoyable.
The apartment was roomy with a large king bed, multiple TVs, and both a full bath and a half bath, which was a pleasant surprise. It felt more like a home than a hotel.
The owners really pay attention to detail. Lisa was super helpful, making me feel secure about the neighborhood and providing great info about the area.
I couldn't have asked for a better location. It was close to amazing restaurants and key attractions, so I barely used my car during my stay.
So many great dining options nearby, like Vic's on the River and the Olde Pink House. I enjoyed every meal without needing to cook.
Having a kitchen, though I didn't use it much, was a plus. The extra half bath came in handy, and the free WiFi worked perfectly.

I had a wonderful time at Oglethorpe Lodge, with its perfect location right in the heart of the historic district. The accommodations were clean and spacious, which made my stay enjoyable, though I noticed the main bathroom could use some updating. The parking space was an absolute bonus, especially in a city where parking can be challenging. Overall, it was a fantastic choice for my visit to Savannah and I would definitely consider returning.
The apartment I stayed in was large and well-furnished, with enough space for my family. It had a small kitchen, which was perfect since I didn’t need to cook much.
The service throughout my stay was great. I felt well taken care of, and any questions I had were promptly addressed.
The location is a major highlight; I could easily walk to various attractions and restaurants in the historic district. I loved being so close to Bay Street.
There were many great restaurants nearby, which made dining out convenient. I particularly enjoyed exploring the local cuisine.
The lodge offered a good range of facilities, including reserved parking spaces for guests. However, the outdoor area looked like it needed some attention.

I had a fantastic stay at Oglethorpe Lodge in Savannah! The spacious one-bedroom unit was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. However, there was some noise from the street at night, which may be bothersome for light sleepers. Overall, the accommodations and service were excellent, and I'd happily return. 😊
The one-bedroom unit was spacious with period furnishings and pristine baths. The kitchen was well-equipped for our needs.
I found Jessie and Lisa incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially with changes to our reservation due to weather.
The lodge's location was perfect for exploring the Historic District, with great restaurants like the Olde Pink House nearby.
I enjoyed the little restaurant/bar next door, which served delicious food and offered a great atmosphere.
The lodge had convenient parking and provided toiletries and coffee for our full stay, which was a good surprise.

I had a great experience at Oglethorpe Lodge. the spacious room was perfect for my friends and me, making our girls trip nice. We loved the little personal touches, like the fresh ground coffee. though we did experience some noise from upstairs children. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here!
The room was spacious and comfortable for four. but the layout was a little confusing, especially with the TV setup.
The personal notes and local restaurant menus on the fridge added a nice touch. I appreciated having a free parking space as well.
The location was convenient, close to attractions. although the entrance was a bit odd, right next to a parking garage.
I loved the nearby dining options. particularly the unusual food at the bar next door, which turned out to be excellent.
The lodge offered great facilities, like tours and ticket assistance. but keep in mind the absence of elevators for those higher floors.
